The Havant Constituency is covered by both Havant Borough Council (HBC) and Hampshire County Council (HCC).  HBC also administers the Waterloo, Cowplain and Hart Plain wards, which fall within the Fareham and Waterlooville Constituency.

The Havant Constituency comprises nine wards. We are in the process of appointing a ward organiser for each ward.  Ward organisers will act as the primary point of contact for members in their respective wards and coordinate the distribution of our promotional materials.
